Meet Our Leadership Team

Tammi Hamilton

Office Manager

It has been more than two decades since Tammi aka “Tamara” arrived at Star Lake and she still enjoys being at camp. Rarely in the forefront, just know that her administrative hand is at work in the background ensuring that the campers and staff have everything they might need to make their time at Star Lake successful and timeless.

Antonio & Jennifer Rosamilia

Camp Directors

Majors Antonio and Jennifer Rosamilia are a product of the Salvation army’s work with children and youth in their communities. As years passed by, they would come into adulthood and become Salvation Army officers. They see and know the importance of pouring into youth as they saw themselves as a fruit of the hard labor and work that goes into children’s programs.

They have 3 daughters; Chiara, Lina, and Eliana. Majors Rosamilia share a great passion for youth as they have served as officers for almost 17 years at 5 different appointments in the Salvation Army’s Greater New York Division. Whether they were at Hempstead, NY, White Plains, East Harlem, or Star Lake Camp they have sought a great emphasis on its youth. They have enlisted others who are also a product of these great programs to invest in the lives of the youth to become the best version of what they were created to be. They have been able to see the fruits of their labor and the fruits of many others who have come alongside them at different stages, who have taken on the great task of investing in the youth that come in contact with The Salvation Army.

David loves living and serving at the Camp with his wife Haley. Haley while new to camp she has already grown to love it. She works with camper recruitment coordinating closely with schools and corps to make sure that every child that wants to can experience Star Lake Camp.

Felix Padilla

Assistant Camp Director

Felix is simple. He loves the Lord, his family, youth ministry, and just about any outdoor activity. Felix attended Star Lake as a camper from 1994-2001, and returned as a staff member from 2002-2011. He is ecstatic to return as Star Lakes newest Asst. Camp Director, and is eager to advance the mission of The Salvation Army through camp ministry. Felix is joined by his wife Lorissa, his two boys Judah (4) and August (2), and their fur baby Eloise. “I am excited to begin this new adventure and ministry here at Star Lake, to see what the Lord is going to do, and to foster a positive Spirit led camp experience for both campers and staff. Lets do camp!”
